Samantha Leek Appointed to the Attorney General’s ‘A’ Panel of Treasury Counsel

5 Essex Court is delighted to congratulate Samantha Leek on her appointment to the Attorney General’s ‘A’ Panel of Treasury Counsel.  Samantha was previously appointed to the ‘B’ Panel in 2004 following five years on the ‘C’ Panel from 1999.

Members of the ‘A’ Panel undertake the most complex government cases appearing in all kinds of courts and tribunals, frequently against QCs.  Samantha joins Jeremy Johnson and Jason Beer as the ‘A’ Panel members of 5 Essex Court.
