Public / Administrative Law:

Regular appearances on behalf of the Government, principally in the fields of immigration and human rights.

Employment Law:

I act on a regular basis for Government departments and private companies in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Other areas:

I undertake work in the VAT and Duties Tribunal and the Immigration Services Tribunal on a regular basis. I also carry out occasional work in the area of personal injury law.

Co-author of Tottel's Employment Tribunals Handbook (previously published by Tolley's), the second edition of which was published in August 2005.
